Dear Partner,
Thank you for your response. I know that this letter may be a
very big surprise to you, but please consider it divine and accept it
with a deep sense of humility. I am giving you my trust and wish you
will give me back the trust i have given you.
I am Ms. May Ann Francisco, a Portfolio Manager in PNB -
Philippine National Bank - Pasay City here in the Philippines, I have a
proposal that will benefit the both of us and also the less privileged
in the society. In November 2013, the Subject
matter; FI/PNB/952/051/0721 Mr. Jan-Kulczyk an investor, deposited the
sum of $ 15,991,673 (Fifteen million, nine hundred and Ninety One
Thousand, six hundred and Seventy three United States Dollars) to invest
on his behalf, I was the officer assigned to his
case.
Few months later his attention was needed regarding the
business which I was going to discuss with him but unable to reach him. I
immediately passed the task of locating him to a private investigator. Three weeks later,
he was declared dead due to
a postoperative complication in Vienna, Austria; in his bio-data form,
he listed no next of kin including the paper work of his deposit.
According to the Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act of Philippine, if
an investor account becomes inactive for the period
of six years after his/her death and the funds are still unclaimed, the
bank will remit them to Philippine Government. I think we should use
this money for the betterment of the society instead of them taking
advantage of the situation.
My proposal; I am prepared to place you in a position whereby
an instruction is given to the finance firm to officially release the
deposit to you as the closest surviving relation / associate, and all
etiquette shall be done in accordance with the
rule of law, I certainly can guarantee you that. By the common law, the
power of bequeathing is coeval with the first rudiments of the law.
There is no ruling which prevents an inheritance from being so exhausted
by legacies as to render it unworthy of theirs
acceptance; perfect operation whereby the paper work shall be
coordinated in such a way that your status as a sole beneficiary is
confirmed. After the successful execution, 30% of the funds will be
yours and 30% for me, 35% for the less privileged and 5%
will be set aside for the expenses.
My drive in this project is helping the less fortunate.
February 2015, I visited the Orphan School at "Toilet Lake" in Cambodia.
The young students living on Cambodia's largest lake, the Tonle Sap,
live in houses and attend schools that actually
float on the lake, these children need our help and part of this money
will be channel toward improving their lives. Please I want you to put
this project as one of your top agenda to better the lives of the less
privilege in the society.
If we can be of one accord I shall have the pleasure of
meeting you after this task has been completed, we’ll plan a meeting.
